Cacao, Breathwork, Connection, Sauna + Cold Plunge with Deano Gladstone
A powerful men’s pop-up event to reset your body, mind, and energy.
Start with a grounding cacao ceremony and guided breathwork to release stress and restore clarity. Then move through contrast therapy including hot sauna and cold plunge, to boost vitality, recovery, and resilience.
Led by Deano Gladstone, this session helps you reconnect with yourself and others, leaving you energised, clear, and deeply grounded.

When the breath wanders the mind is unsteady, but when the breath is calmed, the mind too will be still.
The sessions will explore different Breathwork techniques taught by Deano for about 30 mins.
Breathwork followed by an optional 2min Ice bath.
