This groundbreaking program delivers The International Comprehensive Accreditation for Cold Exposure Practical and Theoretical Training - the first of its kind in Australia and New Zealand. Alongside Cold Water Therapy, this course also incorporates Sauna and Heat Therapy, preparing you to confidently guide others in both ends of the thermal spectrum.
